Saharanpur, Divisional Revenue Lekhpal Training Session 2024-2025 was inaugurated at BD Bajoria Inter College under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod and in the presence of District Magistrate Manish Bansal. In this training session, 153 Lekhpals of the division will be trained. Out of the total 153 trainees receiving training, 91 are from Saharanpur, 40 from Muzaffarnagar and 22 from Shamli. Divisional Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod congratulated all the newly appointed Lekhpals and said that all of you are going to become a part of the revenue family. Receive training with discipline and hard work and complete the training on time without taking unnecessary leaves. Those who receive training well will get very pleasant results in the future. During training, do ask the questions that arise in your mind. He said that the Lekhpal has an important role in discharging administrative tasks. The Revenue Department is the backbone of the government. When you enter the field after training, work with transparency. He said that along with the revenue rules, work by understanding the policies of the government from time to time. Work without any pressure on the basis of facts and rules. Present the correct facts in front of your senior officers. Keep in touch with the common people and connect them with the government schemes. Work by applying the principle of natural justice in life. District Magistrate Manish Bansal congratulated and said that it is the result of your hard work that you have been posted on an important post like Lekhpal. He said that complete your training with full dedication and devotion while remaining stress-free. Just as you have been selected with transparency, impartiality and without any discrimination, it is your responsibility to work in the field in the same manner. Instead of adopting the tendency to avoid problems, adopt the habit of moving towards their solution. Ensure regularity and attendance in your training. Read the rules and regulations seriously. Complete the training with sensitivity to understand your responsibilities well. He said that communication skills are also necessary for better work. Acquire technical knowledge with curiosity and dedication. During your field work, you will mostly come in contact with poor and farmers, be sensitive towards them and solve their problems and satisfy them. Additional District Magistrate Administration Dr. Archana Dwivedi said that Lekhpal is the first link of revenue administration. Everyone will be able to understand their conduct, behavior and responsibilities during the training. Additional District Magistrate Administration Muzaffarnagar Narendra Bahadur gave information to the trainee Lekhpals about the nuances of administration. Additional District Magistrate Judicial Ramesh Yadav while giving information about the training said that in the first week all the trainee Lekhpals will be given brief training regarding the duties and responsibilities of the Lekhpal post. In the second week, as per the instructions given by the Honorable Council, 06 months of classroom training and after that 06 months of regional training will be given. Due to the number of trainees being 153 in the division, 06 months of classroom training will be given to 77 Lekhpals in the first 06 months and the remaining 76 Lekhpals will be given training by keeping them associated with the Lekhpals in the tehsils. In the next 06 months, in the second session, similarly, classroom training will be given to the Lekhpals receiving field training and field training will be given to the Lekhpals receiving classroom training.
During the training, training will be given by specialist departments. Under this, survey and land map work will be given by Consolidation Department, Mensuration and Arithmetic by Education Department, Rules and duties and document preparation by Revenue Department, Acts and Procedures by Revenue Department, Panchayat Raj Department and Consolidation Department, Planning and Development by Agriculture Department, Animal Husbandry Department, Health Department and Development Department, Ethics and Discipline by Principal and School Management, Computer Training will be given by teacher nominated from NIC, EDM, Revenue Department, ITI and Polytechnic.
