Patna, According to scientist Kumar Gaurav of Patna based Meteorological Center, today there will be extremely heavy rain in 03 districts of Bihar and heavy rain in 04 districts. Today there is a possibility of heavy rain in most parts of 26 districts, while moderate rain is going to occur in many places of the remaining 12 districts.

Today i.e. on 10th August, there is a possibility of heavy rain in 26 districts of Bihar and moderate rain in 12 districts. These 26 districts include West Champaran, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Saran, Bhojpur, Buxar, Arwal, Rohtas, Bhabua, Aurangabad, Gaya, Nawada, Nalanda, Patna, Jehanabad, Lakhisarai, Sheikhpura, Begusarai, Samastipur, Vaishali, Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur and Darbhanga. Most parts of all these 26 districts will receive rainfall and it will be quite heavy. While there is a possibility of moderate rainfall at many places in all the remaining 12 districts. Out of the 26 districts with heavy rainfall, there is a strong possibility of very heavy rainfall (Orange Alert) in Gopalganj, Siwan and Saran while there is a strong possibility of heavy rainfall (Yellow Alert) in West Champaran, East Champaran, Muzaffarpur and Vaishali.
