Dewas, the main contest in Bagli assembly of Dewas district is between Congress and BJP. Both the parties have fielded their candidates. The contest between the candidates is also interesting in the sense that Congress candidate Gopal Bhosale had won the election in the year 1998-2000. I have taken his education in Bagli and according to him, BJP candidate Murli Bhanwara has also taught him as a teacher for some time, in such a situation, teacher and disciple are face to face in Bagli assembly. BJP has canceled the ticket of sitting MLA Paharsingh Kannauj and has made Saraswati Shishu Mandir Principal Murli Bhanwara its candidate, while Congress has made retired police Gopal Bhosale its candidate. Bagli is considered to be the stronghold of BJP, but Congress is fully prepared to demolish this stronghold, while BJP will try to save its impregnable fort with all its might, then Congress has also made full efforts to establish its hold here. However, Bagli is This is a reserved seat and both the political parties have placed their bets on the candidates of Korku Thakur community.
