Muzaffarpur. A shocking case has come to light from Sadar police station area in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Here, the team of the excise department located on Dumri-Ladoura Road has busted a liquor factory running in a house with a board of doctor's clinic outside. According to the information, foreign liquor was being manufactured on a large scale by getting spirit from other states. After this, it was being supplied to businessmen from the city to rural areas.

It is being told that this business was going on for the last several months, but, Sadar police did not even get a clue of it. At the same time, the team of the excise department busted it by taking a big action on Thursday night on the basis of an input. During this, the team seized a large quantity of semi-manufactured liquor, bottles of foreign liquor brands, packets, wrappers, lids, seals, bottling machines, packaging machines and water plants etc.

Muzaffarpur police has also arrested Karja's businessman Dheeraj Kumar from the spot. At present, he is being questioned intensively by keeping him at the excise police station located at Chhata Chowk. Assistant Excise Commissioner Vijay Shekhar Dubey said that liquor was being manufactured under the guise of a doctor's clinic board and water plant. The warehouse has been sealed. Further action is underway on the identification of the arrested accused. Excise Commissioner Vijay Shekhar Dubey said that after investigating the entire matter, efforts will be made to register an FIR.

Meanwhile, according to the information, after the disclosure of the liquor factory, an FIR has been registered in the Excise Police Station against the arrested Dheeraj Kumar and others. In the initial interrogation of the excise team, Dheeraj told that a person named Sunny had hired him to work for Rs 10,000 per month. At the same time, Excise Inspector Shivendra Kumar said that the landlord is being identified. Apart from this, information is also being gathered about which other businessmen were involved in this business.
