Patna, Union Minister Chirag Paswan's party LJP Ram Vilas's Khagaria MP Rajesh Verma was threatened with death by calling on his mobile. In this case, the police took immediate action and arrested the accused Bittu Kumar.
Let us tell you that Rajesh Verma's private secretary Vikas had registered a case in the police station on 28 August. Vikas had said in the complaint that on August 13, someone had threatened to kill MP Rajesh Verma over the phone. After the case was registered in the cyber police station, the police started investigating the matter.
The police of Khagaria's cyber police station and DIU took joint action and arrested the threatening person Bittu Kumar from Noida and also seized the mobile from which the threat was given. The accused Bittu has been identified as a resident of Muzauna village of Alauli police station area of Khagaria. When the police questioned Bittu, he told that he was in Noida and he had made the call in a drunken state. At present, the police is engaged in further action.
