Damoh, A meeting regarding the preparations for organizing the Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day celebrations on 01 November 2024 was held in the meeting hall of the Collector's office under the chairmanship of Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar. Important decisions were taken in the meeting to organize the Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day celebrations.

Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar said that the main program will be organized in the premises of the Collector's Office Damoh on 03 November from 04 pm. In which all the office heads and their subordinate officers and employees will be compulsorily present. Representatives of public representatives and social organizations should also be invited. Vision Document 2030 and Damoh's Cultural Heritage Book will be released in the district level program, the entire responsibility of which will be of the Manager Public Service Management.

The Collector said that the entire arrangement of flag hoisting and salute at the venue will be done by the Police Department. Organic Haat will be organized in the district level program, the entire responsibility of which will be of the Deputy Director Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department Damoh, who will organize the Organic Haat in coordination with other departments.

He said that a cultural program will be organized in the district level program. The cultural program will be presented by the School Education Department Damoh. At the district level, on 01 November 2024 at 6 pm, Deepotsav, Rangoli and Madhya Pradesh Gaan program will be organized at Kirti Stambh. Programs should also be organized at all the block headquarters. The lamps to be used in the Deepotsav program should be purchased from the self-help group only. This action will be taken by the District Education Officer, Women and Child Development Department Damoh, Jan Abhiyan Parishad, Livelihood Mission, Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat, entire District Damoh and all Chief Municipal Officers Municipal Council.

At the district level, Deepotsav, Rangoli and Madhya Pradesh Gaan program will be organized at Belatal on 02 November 2024 at 5 pm. The lamps to be used in the Deepotsav program should be purchased from the self-help group only. Govardhan Puja will be organized in all the Gaushalas of the district on 02 November 2024, the district level program will be held at Eklavya Gaushala village Kaurasa from 11 am.

A program will be organized with construction workers at the district level on 03 November 2024 at 08 am. This action will be taken by the Labor Officer, Jan Abhiyan Parishad, on 01 November 2024, the arrangement of lighting at the clock tower will be done by the municipality.
