Saharanpur, The person who threatened Nakur SDM Sangeeta Raghav over phone has turned out to be a eunuch. Saharanpur police has arrested him. On interrogation, it was found that 23 cases are already registered against the accused and he also has a reward of Rs 15,000 on his head. He had told his name as Sanjay Singh resident of Deoria on phone but his real name turned out to be Chandan alias Chandni and he is a resident of Deoria.

According to the police, 23 cases are registered against the arrested accused Chandan Singh alias Chandni. He also has a reward of Rs 15,000 on his head from Jhanda police station of Gorakhpur. Police of many police stations were searching for him. He was continuously absconding by dodging the police. Now Saharanpur police traced his location with the help of surveillance. It was found that the accused was going to Delhi, so he was arrested near Sardhana in Meerut. Several SIM cards of different companies have also been found in his possession. According to SP Rural Sagar Jain, the arrested accused is very clever. 11 SIM cards and three mobile phones have been found in his possession. He used to call officers in this way by introducing himself as the PA of the minister. Similar cases have been registered against him in different police stations in the past as well. On interrogation, it was found that he had taken money from a farmer of Nakur tehsil area in the name of getting work done. He also got Rs 15,000 transferred online from the farmer. The police is now interrogating him further. After the case of threatening Nakur SDM Sangeeta Raghav, Saharanpur police also declared a reward of Rs 25,000 against Chandan Singh. Nakur police has arrested him from near Sardhana. Some photographs have been found from him in which he is with the PA of public representatives. Due to this, it is feared that he must have learned to call officers from these people only. How the farmer from Saharanpur came in contact with it is also being investigated.
