Saharanpur. Additional Sessions Judge Room No. 11 Alok Sharma sentenced Danish, resident of Ghanakhandi police station Kotwali Dehat and Gulsher, resident of Meghchhapper, to four years of imprisonment for murderous attack. A fine of Rs. 10,000 was also imposed on the accused. According to the case, Danish and Gulsher were lodged in the district jail in some case.
In 2013, both of them attacked Akmal, who was in jail, and injured him. This case was pending in the court since then. Considering all the evidence and witnesses, the court has given its verdict.
