Saharanpur. Additional Sessions Judge Room No. 13 Pinku Kumar has sentenced the accused of molesting the girl to four years imprisonment and also imposed a fine of Rs 12 thousand on the accused. According to the information received, the victim, a resident of Thana Badgaon area, had lodged a report of molestation against Rahul alias Jhandu in Thana Badgaon on 24 September 2023. The police arrested the accused and presented him in the court and sent him to jail. After this the charge sheet was filed. In this case, on the basis of evidence and witnesses, the court has sentenced the accused Rahul to four years imprisonment and also imposed a fine of Rs 12 thousand.
