Tests completed in selected schools for Parakh National Achievement Survey
207 students from 12 schools in class 3, 275 students from 13 selected schools in class 6 were tested

Shajapur, Parakh National Achievement Survey is a national level large scale assessment which is done to obtain information about the learning achievement of students of class 3, 6 and 9 studying in state government schools, government aided schools, private unaided and central government schools. In Shajapur district also, preparations for the said survey were going on for the last four months under the direction of Collector Riju Bafna and in coordination with Education Officer Dr Vivek Dubey, DPC RS Shipre, under which on Wednesday, 4 December, 207 students from 12 selected schools in class 3 of Shajapur development block and 275 students from 13 selected schools in class 6 were tested. Under the survey, information on teacher questionnaire was obtained from 68 teachers of these schools. At the same time, information on school questionnaire was collected from these 25 schools. For test monitoring, OIC Pradeep Pal from State Education Center visited the schools and checked the necessary arrangements. A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the students about the test. In Saraswati Vidya Mandir Higher Secondary School located on Shajapur Dupara Road, class 3 students were seen in joyful learning. BRCC Yogesh Bhavsar said that efforts were being made at the development block level for Parakh National Achievement Survey through weekly tests of students, mock tests, analysis on difficult learning outcomes, educational preparations from subject experts. Shajapur District Education Center Parakh Survey Incharge Devendra Pathak ensured necessary preparations for test execution in the development block.
