A case of bullying by bullies has come to light near Babhandi village adjacent to NH-19 in Aurangabad Mufassil police station area. When they were not successful in grabbing the land, the bullies demolished a hotel located on the highway with a bulldozer. The police have registered an FIR on the complaint of the victim in the case and are engaged in further action.

In the application given to the police for the FIR, the victim Lallan Singh, a resident of Babhandi, said that at around 1:25 in the night, he was sitting at his line hotel with his elder and younger sons Yogendra Singh and Guddu Singh. Meanwhile, Vijay Singh, a resident of Raipura village, came with his two sons - Kishan Kumar, Anurag Kumar and 8-10 unknown people with weapons. They attacked by firing with the intention of killing. We, father and son, left the shop and ran away to save our lives.

Vandalism was done after looting cash

Fake documents were made
The victim told that the land on which he was running the Line Hotel, he had bought that land on 21 February 1984 through registered deed number-2078. I have been peacefully occupying this land and the mutation of the land is also in my name. Vijay Singh of Raipura got a receipt issued on the basis of fake documents of this land account number-48 and plot number-818. On this basis, he always harasses us.

Demand for CCTV investigation

I have filed a case in the court of Land Reforms Sub Collector for getting the receipt, which is still pending. The victim said that the limits of bullying have been crossed with me and apart from the front part of my hotel, the part on the east side has been demolished with a JCB by threatening the guards inside the campus of the construction company engaged in the work of four laning of NH-19. The guard posted at the gate of the company is a witness to this incident and I claim that this incident has been captured in the CCTV installed in the campus of the company, which the police should investigate.
