Patna, Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Yadav made a big announcement on Wednesday. He said that if his party comes to power after the assembly elections to be held later this year, then "100 percent domicile policy" will be implemented in Bihar. He made this statement in a 'Yuva Panchayat' organized in Patna, where he made many important promises to the youth of the state.

Tejashwi Yadav, while interacting with the youth, asked, "Should there be a domicile policy in Bihar?" The crowd answered "yes" to this question, after which Yadav said, "We will bring a 100 percent domicile policy to protect the interests of the youth of the state." Citing the example of Jharkhand, the RJD leader said that efforts to implement 100 percent domicile policy there had failed due to technical reasons, but he claimed that after discussing the issue with many jurists, a solution has now been found.

Attack on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar

Tejashwi Yadav also attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He said, "Nitish Kumar is tired now and he should retire." Yadav also alleged that the Chief Minister's ally BJP eats up reservations in the manner man-eating animals eat their prey.

Confidence of change under RJD leadership

Tejashwi Yadav expressed confidence that the Mahagathbandhan, led by RJD, will form the next government in the state. He said, "We will form a youth commission and it will be approved in our first cabinet meeting." Yadav claimed that large-scale recruitments have been started in government departments of the state and the process of these recruitments will be further accelerated if his government is formed.

Promise to waive competitive exam fees

The RJD leader also announced that if his government is formed, the fees charged from the candidates for the forms of competitive examinations will be waived. Also, the transport expenses of the candidates who travel long distances to reach the examination centers will also be borne by the government.

Restoration of increased reservation

Tejashwi Yadav said that if his government is formed, the increased reservation for disadvantaged castes, which was earlier cancelled by the Patna High Court, will be restored. He claimed that RJD has the maximum number of young MPs and MLAs, who can fulfill the aspirations of the young population of Bihar in the right direction.
