Shajapur, A meeting was held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Collector Riju Bafna regarding necessary preparations and FLN for National Educational Survey 2024, in which subject experts of BRC, Jan Shikshak, BSC and NAS of all the development blocks of Shajapur district were present. In the meeting, Collector Bafna directed that teachers should be present in school on time and teach children. He also directed to take tests in 5-5 schools per development block every week. He also directed to conduct random checks. The Collector directed that the teachers of schools which have less children but more teachers should be appointed to other schools. He said that it should be ensured that teachers of all subjects are available in the schools. He instructed BRC, BEO to improve the level of education of children, to see whether teachers are coming to school on time and report whether they are teaching the children or not. Also, to increase the attendance of children in schools, if necessary, teachers should talk to the children and their parents at their homes and motivate them to send them to school. During this, the Collector directed to organize re-training of teachers who scored low in teacher training. District Project Coordinator Rajendra Shipre informed about the necessary preparations for the National Educational Survey NAS 2024 and gave information about working within the time limit. He informed that this time the students of class 3, 6 and 9 will be surveyed through National Educational Survey 2024, for which preparations have been made and the students of the said classes are being made to practice practice questions and Olympiad question bank etc. During this, Ravi of FLN gave detailed information about the academic calendar of FLN class 1, 2, 3, Nipun Lakshya, FLN material, teacher assessment, survey report etc.

Review meeting of CSR activities concluded

A review meeting regarding CSR activities was concluded under the chairmanship of Collector Riju Bafna. In the meeting, the Collector directed the officials of Women and Child Development, CMHO, Education Department to complete the identified works to be done through CSR within the time limit and to get other works done by making a plan. During this, he directed to install fans in Anganwadi centers through CSR, install sonography and digital X-ray machines etc. in hospitals, repair the solar batteries of health centers which have gone bad and get schools and hostels repaired and do various other works. Along with this, instructions were also given to review the works by organizing a meeting every Monday regarding CSR.
