Lalbarra, Lalbarra Development Block and Complex area, Government Primary School Jabaltola (Nagpura) has three teachers including the headmaster posted there. The responsibility of shaping the future of the children by teaching them regularly and making them good people like themselves has been given to these three teachers by the education department. In return, the government gives them a hefty salary, which hundreds of teachers fulfill with great responsibilities, but many careless teachers consider it their responsibility to just take a hefty salary. They are not interested in shaping the future of the children and teaching them regularly. Many such careless teachers can be seen in the area, if the department officials inspect, they will come to know the actual situation themselves. According to the information received from students, teachers and villagers, a similar case is being seen these days in the government primary school Jabaltola of Lalbarra development block area. Where the in-charge headmaster Ravishankar Uike, primary teacher Kailash Meherban, and primary teacher Vandana Chaudhary are posted. Where two teachers come on time and return after completing the children's study work and official government work and closing the school on time, but there is a teacher who has been posted in this school for the last 3 years. She reaches school late every day from the scheduled time and leaves the school before time and also has little interest in getting the children to study. Vandana Chaudhary has been absent from school for six days without applying. Even before this, she has been absent many times without applying for leave. Sometimes she applies for leave and sometimes does not apply. In this regard, the in-charge headmaster has also informed the concerned education department's Block Resource Coordinator (BRC) Shriram Turkar and Jan Shiksha Kendra Complex Principal Laxmichand Manavtkar. Even after this, there is no improvement in the working style of the careless teacher Chaudhary. Due to which the future of the children is sinking in darkness, and the studies of the children are getting completely affected, their courses are not being completed on time. On 21st September, Saturday, when some aware villagers including Ward Panch Ganesh Mate of Gram Panchayat Nagpura inspected the primary school, it was found that Chaudhary Madam has been absent from the school for many days without applying. The responsible officers have not tightened the noose on their subordinate employees, so this is the condition of the education department. The responsible officers of the education department are lazy, due to their lax working style, no action is being taken against the said teacher. Therefore, the careless teacher is not coming to school on time every day. The officials of the education department are themselves lazy. The aware villagers have demanded from the government and administration that the responsible officials of the district should take immediate action against such careless teachers so that such negligence does not happen in the future and the education work goes on regularly and the children can get good education.

The children and teachers came to know that Chaudhary Madam is not coming to school every day, today I reached the school with some villagers and saw that Chaudhary Madam is absent from the school without applying. Chaudhary Madam comes late and leaves the school before time. Madam should come to school on time and give good education to the children and leave the school on time.
