According to the information received, Shariq alias Iffat (29), son of Khalil, resident of Mohalla Jagdamba Colony of the town, used to drive a Tata S vehicle on rent. Last night he was coming from Kalsia to Behat with his vehicle. Near the nursery of the forest department, he collided with a car coming from the front. The collision was so severe that the front part of the Tata S vehicle was shattered. Shariq got stuck between the steering and the seat. As soon as the news of the accident was received, the family reached the spot and with the help of passersby, Shariq was taken out and taken to a private hospital in Saharanpur. Where he died during treatment late at night. Police said that the family took the body with them without taking any action.
