Shajapur, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad on Thursday submitted a memorandum to the Public Participation Committee Chairman regarding various demands. In which they demanded resolution of various demands including installation of Swami Vivekananda's statue in the college.
In the memorandum, the workers demanded that the statue of Swami Vivekananda should be installed in the college. For the convenience of the students, courses in subjects like B.Sc (Biotech), B.Sc (Micro Biology), Yoga, Journalism, Sports etc. should be started so that the students can get the benefit of these courses. It was also demanded that entry of outsiders should be banned in the college premises as this creates fear of insecurity among the students. For this, the number of security guards in the college should be increased. ABVP warned that if the demands are not resolved soon, then a massive agitation will be launched by ABVP for which the college administration will be completely responsible. A large number of ABVP workers and officials were present on this occasion.
