Thailand's high number of weapons is a cause for concern.

This school incident has once again raised concerns about the availability of weapons in Thailand. According to reports, there are a large number of privately owned guns in the country. It is estimated that approximately 10 million guns are in circulation in Thailand. This number is significantly higher than the country's population, with an average of approximately one gun for every seven people.
