Shahdol, in broad daylight, in the presence of villagers, a domineering woman set fire to a shop in front of everyone and reduced it to ashes. The matter is related to land dispute. The woman says that the land on which this shop is built is owned by her while the shopkeeper says that this land is his. Instead of resolving the issue of land ownership through court or law, the domineering woman went straight and set fire to the shop, the video of which is going viral. It is clearly visible in the viral video that the said domineering woman goes to one side of the shop while abusing where a green curtain is hung, the woman lights a fire there and the fire on the said curtain spreads to the entire shop. Meanwhile, people were seen standing from a distance and watching. Many of them were heard shouting that run, run, there is a gas cylinder kept in the shop, it will explode and thus a stampede situation was created in the entire village. People were seen running to protect their lives and property but no one made any effort to extinguish the fire that broke out in the said shop. In this regard, Byahari police station in-charge Mohan Padwar informed that the victim shopkeeper Saukhi Lal had lodged a complaint in the police station that Poonam Mishra had set fire to his shop, due to which all the goods kept in his shop were burnt to ashes. The police took the matter into investigation and after investigation, the accused woman was arrested and presented before the court from where she was sent to jail.
