Shajapur, The responsible officers of the bank resolve the problems faced by the account holders in money transactions with decency, but the newly arrived branch manager of Shajapur Bank of India, Chandraprakash, who has become an arena of chaos, forgetting his manners, is seen behaving rudely with account holders of his father's age like an unruly and uncivilized person. This is the reason that in the past too, instead of improving the system, the branch manager and his security guard behaved rudely with the account holder. Not only this, he even made the account holder hostage in his cabin by threatening to call the police. After the media reached, the account holder was allowed to go out of the bank. It is noteworthy that ever since Chandraprakash took charge of the Bank of India Shajapur branch, the account holders have been facing a lot of inconvenience, because the transactions are being done from a single window in the bank, due to which the customers have to suffer by standing in queues for hours to withdraw their own money. The most shameful thing is that the branch manager and his security guard present here, instead of resolving the problem told by the account holders, are threatening them with police action citing arbitrary rules. On Monday also, the branch manager of Bank of India misbehaved with the pensioner by using abusive language. The account holder told that he had told the branch manager that he has been visiting the bank for the last ten days to withdraw money. This inconvenience is being faced due to the transaction of money from a single counter. There is a lot of inconvenience due to standing for a long time, in such a situation if two counters are made for transactions then other account holders will also get relief from inconvenience, but instead of solving this problem, the branch manager and his security guard got angry and started misbehaving by threatening police. The branch manager should be removed.
Will close the account
The account holders are hurt by the misbehavior of the branch manager and security guard of Bank of India and they say that soon they will get their account closed from the bank. Along with this, the accounts of other acquaintances will also be closed. Apart from this, they will also tell other people not to open an account in Bank of India, because due to the chaos prevailing here, one has to face a lot of inconvenience.
Even the elderly are forced to stand in queue
The condition of chaos prevailing in Shajapur branch of Bank of India is such that even the elderly account holders who reach here have to stand in queue for hours to transact money. Due to lack of adequate seating arrangements in the bank, the account holders are facing a lot of trouble. Women and the elderly are the most troubled due to the transactions being done through single window, but the newly arrived branch manager is giving irresponsible statements on the chaos while sitting in his cabin, which is causing trouble for the account holders. There was a crowd of account holders in the bank even on Tuesday.
