Chhatarpur, In accordance with the guidelines given by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Madhya Pradesh Police is continuously working towards strengthening law and order in the state and curbing crimes. On the basis of these instructions, DGP Mr. Sudhir Kumar Saxena is constantly monitoring the law and order situation in the entire state. In this context, he made a detailed review of the crimes committed in the Sagar zone and the action being taken by the police to control them and the law and order situation in the zone. On Wednesday, May 31, during a review meeting in Chhatarpur district, DGP Mr. Saxena said that security of citizens, providing them justice and maintaining peace and law and order is the topmost priority of the police. He gave strict instructions to keep a constant vigil on the goons and miscreants in the Sagar zone and take effective action against them. In particular, the officers were instructed to control crimes against women and children, resolve complaints received in the CM helpline and resolve pending crimes and challans at the earliest. During this, IG Sagar Zone Shri Pramod Verma, DIG Chhatarpur Range Shri Lalit Shakyawar, SP Chhatarpur, Sagar, Damoh, Panna, Tikamgarh and Niwari were present.
Adopt zero tolerance policy against crimes against women and children: DGP Mr. Saxena DGP Mr. Saxena said that according to the spirit of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, the police in the state should adopt the policy of zero tolerance towards crimes against women, children and weaker sections of the society. Has been Their complaints should be resolved at the earliest. He instructed to keep a strict vigil on those who seduce or convert daughters and sisters and strict and quick action should be taken against such elements. He said that any kind of misbehavior with women, children and weaker section of the society would not be tolerated. He instructed the officers that if anyone is found involved in crime against them or playing with their security, strictest action should be taken against the culprits. Along with this, instructions were given regarding setting up of career counseling and learning centers for the children of police officers and employees.
Instructions for quick and satisfactory redressal of complaints received in CM Helpline
During the review meeting, DGP Mr. Saxena took complete information about Sagar Zone and also inquired about the pending cases of CM Helpline. He said that the complaints received in the CM Helpline should be taken seriously and resolved satisfactorily immediately. In the crime review meeting, instructions were given for redressal of crimes, redressal of seized goods and speedy redressal of pending cases of CM Helpline. He also inquired from the officials about the status of cybercrime in the zone and the available expertise related to their investigation. He instructed to create awareness among the public against cybercrime and to arrest cybercriminals and take strict action against them.
Instructions for review of crimes committed in the zone every month
In the meeting, DGP Mr. Saxena reviewed the increase and decrease in crimes in Sagar zone and directed the IG to review the crimes committed in his zone every month. If any growth is visible anywhere, take effective steps to control it. SC/ST Identify hot spots in the districts where crimes under the Act have increased and public awareness campaign should be conducted. He said that the challans pending for more than one year should be reviewed and resolved. Resolve the crimes pending for more than one year and all the pending challans within two months by running a campaign. Instructed the officers to conduct a one-month campaign and visit all the police stations to ensure their maintenance, cleanliness, dismantling of seized vehicles and arranging all the documents. Along with this, the problems being faced in time bar challans should be discussed and resolved in the monitoring cell meeting. Increase the serving of warrants, which are issued from the Honorable Court and match the records of warrants available in the police stations. If any discrepancy is found, then on the basis of the records of the Hon'ble Court, get the records of the police stations rectified. Officers were directed to give caretaker charge to the employees on time. Especially there has been an increase in the crimes of robbery, embezzlement and theft, after reviewing them, instructions were given to the officers to curb the crimes.

DGP Mr. Saxena said that continuous action is going on to crack down on the criminals. No matter how big the mafia is, its criminal acts will be suppressed. Be it jail or any other place, the process of breaking their criminal network is going on continuously. He directed the police officers to control the crimes in the zone under any circumstances and the pending cases should be disposed of at the earliest. He directed the officers to further strengthen peace and law and order in the zone and act strictly against criminals.
