Deoband | Saharanpur, SDM Deoband Yuvraj Singh and CO Ravikant Parashar inspected the Kanwar Yatra route along with police and municipal officials. During this, he instructed the municipal officials to get the Kanwar Yatra route cleaned and provide street lighting. The officials inspected Mangalore Road till Uttarakhand border, Deoband-Bhayla road, Gangoh bypass and GT Road. The arrangements for the stay of Kanwariyas at Manki temple were also reviewed. SDM Deoband Yuvraj Singh told the municipal officials to immediately close the potholes on the Kanwar Yatra route. Get the road cleaned and the street lighting done there before the Kanwar Yatra begins. So that the Kanwariyas do not have to face any kind of trouble. Let us tell you that the Kanwar Yatra will start from July 10. A large number of Shiva devotees from the city also leave for their destination after filling Ganga water in Kanwar from Haridwar. During the inspection, CO Ravikant Parashar, Municipal Chairman Vipin Garg, Devband Kotwali in-charge Dharmendra Kumar, Naib Tehsildar and Municipal employee Vikas Chaudhary etc. were present with the SDM.
