Schools in Saharanpur for Classes 1 to 8 to remain closed on January 16 and 17

Saharanpur, Saharanpur District School Inspector Dr. Arvind Kumar Pathak informed that Saharanpur District Magistrate Manish Bansal has ordered the closure of all schools in Saharanpur district for classes 1 to 8 on January 16 and 17, in view of the dense fog, cold wave, and extreme cold. The order states that classes for grades 9 and 11 will be conducted online. Students of classes 10 and 12 will attend school, and their classes will be held physically. Pre-board examinations, wherever being conducted, will continue as scheduled. All principals, teachers, and non-teaching staff will remain present in the schools and continue their administrative and academic work. Strict compliance with the order has been directed.
