Dhar, At the protest site in Dhar, Sarpanch Sangh met Chief Minister Dr. regarding their various demands. A memorandum was submitted to the administration in the name of Mohan Yadav, hundreds of Sarpanches from the district gathered at the protest site on Court Road, where they submitted a memorandum to the Tehsildar in the name of the Chief Minister. Mohan Kannauj of the Sarpanch Sangh said that the Gram Panchayats will be given the 15th financial year. The commission amount is provided in two to four parts in a year, due to which there is difficulty in carrying out construction work in Gram Panchayats. This amount should be handed over in one lump sum. 15% of the total amount for construction work under the Finance Commission, 40% will be spent on concrete construction work. There is a provision of 60 per cent on cleanliness and sanitation which creates inconvenience in carrying out construction work, this should be resolved. If the provision of Muram is abolished then the minor problems of the village cannot be resolved by the Panchayat, necessary provisions should be made for this. Even under employment guarantee, wages are not received on time, farm and road work is also stopped, this should also be started. The honorarium of Sarpanches should be increased from Rs 4250 to Rs 15000. The Sarpanch Association, through the district administration, appealed to CM Dr. regarding all these demands. During this, Shivram Muvel, Juwan Singh, Sharmila, Rakesh Dawar, Mohan Kannauj, Hiralal Chauhan, Motilal Rana, Lalita Rawat, Sunita, Radheshyam Patel, Kailash Padiyar were present.
