Sarangpur, under the direction of Police Headquarters, "Drug Distance Hai Zaroori Abhiyan 2.0," a public awareness program was organized today by the Sarangpur Police Station in the Loha Peeta community slum in Taraganj Baldi.

During the program, Sub-Inspector Deepak Parmar provided detailed information about the ill effects of drug addiction to the citizens present, explaining that drug addiction not only affects a person's health and future, but also adversely impacts the peace and well-being of the family and society. He urged everyone to unite and actively participate in the campaign against drug addiction, to stay away from drugs themselves, and to inspire those around them to abstain.

On this occasion, those present were administered a pledge to abstain from drugs and to make the society drug-free. Citizens were also urged to make their families, friends, and those around them aware of the ill effects of drug addiction and play an active role in building a drug-free society.

Constable Brijesh Desai, Constable Mukesh, female constable Deepika, and a large number of slum dwellers from the Loha Peeta community from the Sarangpur police station were present at the event.

The Sarangpur police clarified that such public awareness programs will be organized continuously under the "Drug Distance is Necessary Campaign 2.0" to free society from the evils of drug abuse and create a healthy and safe environment.
