Saharanpur, Saharanpur Police has solved Shiv Kumar murder case and arrested the accused. During police interrogation, the accused has made many big revelations. Police has solved Shiv Kumar murder case of Sambhalhedi village of Saharanpur and said that the deceased's friend has committed the crime with the intention of loot. The accused is the deceased's neighbor, who has been arrested by the police. SP City Abhimanyu Manglik, while giving information to reporters in the Police Line Auditorium, said that on May 14, the body of a youth was found in village Pali of police station Gagalhedi area. The deceased was identified as Shiv Kumar alias Shibbu son Mahendra resident of village Sambhalhedi. Since then, the police was searching for the accused. On the basis of suspicion, the deceased's neighbor Rajesh son Kushalpal was arrested near Haroda Cut. During interrogation, the accused told that Shiv Kumar used to work as a laborer at a sugarcane crusher in Haryana. Both were friends who used to drink alcohol often. On the day of the incident, both reached Kailashpur from Ghantaghar. From there, they hired a tempo to go to Pali village for Rs. 200. After getting down from the tempo, both were walking home. Meanwhile, the accused Rajesh had seen that Shivkumar had a lot of money. Then he planned to rob. The accused saw the opportunity and pushed Shivkumar into the field. Before Shivkumar could stand up, the accused caught him. After which he strangled him to death. After committing the murder, the accused dragged him and left him inside the field and took out Rs. 16700 from his pocket and fled from there. The family members of the deceased also created a ruckus in Gagalhedi police station and police line demanding disclosure of the incident. The family members accused a person from the neighboring village. Because the deceased Shivkumar had taken money from them on interest. However, after the murder was disclosed, that person was given a clean chit.
