The company is operating since 2018
Competence Exports is originally from Kanpur. In 2018, the company's MD Mohammad Danish set up his factory in Hajipur with the aim of providing employment to the youth of Bihar. Here the company is making such shoes which are supplied to the Russian Army. Till now, lakhs of pairs of shoes have been exported from the company. According to the company's general manager Shiv Kumar Roy, 1.5 million pairs of shoes have been supplied to Russia so far. The market turnover of which is close to Rs 100 crore.

Effective in minus 40 degrees

According to the factory manager Shiv Kumar Roy, the shoes made here are very effective for the Russian army. The temperature in Russia is up to minus 40 degrees, and this shoe does its job well there. A different design has been made in the sole and sole of the shoe. The shoes are light and non-slippery. Which does its work even in extreme cold. According to the factory manager Shiv Kumar Roy, the company makes such shoes according to the needs of the Russian army, which are light and non-slippery.

70 percent women workers
Around 300 male and female workers from various districts of the state including Vaishali, Patna work in this factory. Out of these, 70 percent are only women workers who make shoes worn by Russian soldiers.

Shoes worth Rs 100 crore exported in one year
The company's MD Danish Prasad's ambition is to build a world-class factory in Bihar. The company exported 15 lakh pairs of shoes worth Rs 100 crore last year. According to the company, the target is to increase it by 50% next year. This Hajipur-based company exports luxury, designer and fashion shoes to the markets of Italy, France, Spain and Britain besides Russia.
