There has been a ruckus in Agra over the comment on Rana Sanga. Hundreds of Karni Sena workers attacked Samajwadi Party Rajya Sabha MP Ramji Lal Suman's house on Wednesday. Several vehicles parked at the MP's house have been badly damaged. The windows and doors of the MP's house have been damaged and glass has been broken in the stone pelting. When the police tried to stop the angry Karni Sena workers, they were attacked. Due to this, eight inspectors including Inspector Hari Parvat and a dozen policemen were injured. The police somehow drove everyone away by lathicharge. Many people have also been detained. The area has been turned into a cantonment. Forces from many police stations have reached.

Since the statement on Rana Sanga, many organizations including Karni Sena had opened a front against the SP MP. A round of protests was also going on. Karni Sena had reached the MP's residence and announced protest. In view of this, the police was also deployed since morning. At that time some people gathered but went away after the police convinced them. Everything was fine till about 1:30 in the afternoon. The police also started moving away from there. Meanwhile, at about 1:45 in the afternoon, hundreds of Karni Sena workers suddenly started marching towards the house of the SP MP. On this, the police tried to stop them on the way. Barricades were put up at various places but they could not succeed in stopping them. Breaking the barricades, the workers reached the MP's house and attacked with sticks. The workers broke the gate of his residence and entered the premises.

The people of Karni Sena, who arrived with a bulldozer, first broke the chairs kept in the courtyard. After this, they started breaking the vehicles parked nearby with sticks. They started throwing bricks and stones at the windows and doors of his house. In a short while, a large number of police forces also reached the spot and lathicharge was done. After this, somehow the crowd was able to disperse. Meanwhile, many policemen have also been injured. SP alleges that everything happened with the support of police. At present, MP Ramji Lal Suman is in Delhi.

13 police personnel including one inspector and eight sub-inspectors injured

13 police personnel including one inspector and eight sub-inspectors were injured in the attack by Karni Sena at the house of SP MP Ramji Lal Suman. All have undergone medical check-up. Police is filing a case on its own in this matter. A written complaint has been filed by SP MP's son Ranjeet Suman.

Inspector Alok Kumar, SI Gaurav Gupta, SI Prashant, SI Yogesh Kumar, SI Ankur Rathi, SI Abhishek Thakur, SI Anupam, SI Vipin, constable Sudhir, Harendra, Deshraj, Devendra Kasana were present at the time of the attack. All have sustained injuries. Some had glass in their hands, while some had stones in their head, hands, legs and back.

ACP Hariparvat Aditya said that the injured police personnel have undergone medical check-up. A case will be filed by the police. A complaint has been filed by the son of the SP MP. Additional Police Commissioner Sanjeev Tyagi is coming to the police station. It will be decided in the discussion on the basis of which police personnel's complaint the case will be registered. By late night, the police had arrested around 19 workers of Karni Sena. Some of them were also injured during the arrest.
