Satna, in the meeting regarding time limit cases on Monday, Collector Anurag Verma, while reviewing the activities of the Revenue Campaign, has given instructions to resolve all the old undisputed transfer, demarcation and partition cases registered on the RCMS portal within a week. In the TL meeting which started at 10:30 am, instructions were given to the District Treasury Officer to deduct one day's salary of all the departmental officers coming late. On this occasion, CEO District Panchayat Dr. Parikshit Jhade, Additional Collector Rishi Pawar, SDM Neeraj Khare, SK Gupta, RN Khare, AP Dwivedi, Sudhir Back, Jitendra Verma, Superintending Engineer Electrical GD Tripathi and other department head officers were present.

In the review of the revenue campaign, the Collector said that currently 3308 total revenue cases have been registered on RCMS. Out of which 642 are resolved and 2666 remaining are pending. During the Revenue Campaign, ensure resolution of all the old undisputed revenue cases of RCMS within a week. The Collector reviewed the undisputed cases SDM wise.
During the review of CM Helpline, it was found that despite the cases of Maihar district being separate, 14745 cases are still pending this week. Of which maximum 3013 revenue, 1331 PHE, 1275 energy, 1097 women and child development and 682 cases are pending with the District Hospital Civil Surgeon. The Collector said that the pending complaints, which usually number 10-12 thousand in the combined district, reaching 14 thousand in just one district is a matter of concern. All department heads and officers should take the CM helpline on priority and seriously.
During the review of paddy procurement and food grain distribution, 417 complaints were received in the CM Helpline regarding pending paddy procurement, food grains not arriving on time and paddy not being transported from the procurement centres. The Collector instructed District Manager Nan to issue a notice of suspension. 11746 complaints were found pending for more than 50 days in CM Helpline. Collector said that Satna district is currently at 12th position with 'D' category. All departments should improve it.
In the review of Satna-Bansagar Rural Group Tap Water Scheme Phase-1, it was told that against 25 thousand tap connections in Rampur Baghelan development block in Satna district, 14320 tap connections have been made and 10148 tap connections have been made in Uchehra. The Collector expressed his displeasure over the intake well construction work of Satna-Bansagar Rural Group Phase-2 not being started yet. He said that due to shortcomings in Phase One there has been delay. Eliminate them now in the second phase.
In the review of paddy procurement, it was told that 4500 MT paddy is still left in the procurement centers for transportation and storage. The Collector has instructed the officials to inspect and verify all the remaining transport procurement centres. So that there is no disturbance in the stock at the last moment in paddy procurement centres. It was told in the meeting that out of total 144 paddy procurement centers in Maihar and Satna districts, the remaining 22 centers are for transportation. Out of which 8 centers are of Maihar. The Collector has instructed all SDMs to get physical verification of the quantity available in the procurement centers today itself.
In the review of food grain lifting and distribution, instructions were given to issue a notice to the Junior Supply Officer if only 64 percent of the January food grains reached the ration shops in Uchehara development block. It was told that food grains will be delivered to all the shops by 15th February. The Collector expressed happiness over the good work done in mobile seeding of consumers of ration shops. Instructions were given to increase the speed once 61 percent work in KYC is completed.
Taking information about the employee data feeding work for the Lok Sabha elections, the Collector said that the office heads should be careful and serious in data feeding. If disabled or retired employees are assigned duty in the upcoming election duty, action will be taken against the concerned office heads by holding them responsible. The Collector appreciated the proactive action taken by the Labor Department for the safe return of 15 bonded laborers of Satna district from Telangana state. Instructions were given to all SDMs to quickly complete the necessary land acquisition process for the work of Bargi Canal and NVDA and the area of Barari.
