Damoh, 75th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Kendriya Vidyalaya Damoh. The flag hoisting program was concluded with the blessings of Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Arpit Verma. On this occasion, the students of the school presented various cultural programs. The students of Bal Batika took a pledge to dedicate themselves to the service of the country by performing a parade on the song 'Nanha-Munna Rahi Hoon, Desh Ka Sipahi Hoon'. One group of students of the primary department praised their country India by singing the song 'Humko Is Gagan Mein Ek Tara Mil Gaya', while the other group refreshed the memories of the martyrs by enacting 'Pulwama Attack'. Girls of secondary department made various structures like flowers, pyramids etc. while dancing on the songs 'Aarambh Hai Prachanda', Our Fundamental Duties, 'Vijayi Bhavo' etc. Through the song 'Yeh Hai Naya Hindustan', the students of the secondary department talked about the fulfillment of all their dreams in the new India. The students of Higher Secondary Department, through their acting, displayed the facilities like education, medicine, transport etc. in 'Developed India'. Propounding the importance of Republic Day, two students of the school, Soumya Srivastava and Anjali Sirothia, expressed their views.

In his speech, CEO Arpit Verma congratulated everyone on Republic Day and inspired the students to take the country to new heights by using modern resources. The program was successfully conducted by school students Vaishnavi Ratle and Swati Patail.
