Record of Maha Kumbh, Tsunami of Sanatan
Crossing the figure of 50 crores was described by religious leaders as amazing
Till Sunday, about 52 crore people have taken holy bath in the Mahasangam of religion, spirituality and faith, Prayagraj Maha Kumbh, in the holy land of Sangam. History has been created by the arrival of more than 50 crore devotees in just 33 days. This is an example of the unique unity of religious and cultural unity of India. Sadhu Samaj, religious leaders and research institutes are telling different implications of this great philosophy of Sanatan.
Unique example of religious and cultural unity
The divine, grand and new religious, cultural gathering 'Mahakumbh 2025' being organized from January 13 on the land of Sangam city Prayagraj has created history. Even before the conclusion of Maha Kumbh, more than 50 crore devotees have set a unique example of religious and cultural unity by taking a holy dip of Sanatan faith in the holy Triveni in 33 days. Sadhus, saints and religious leaders are calling this achievement of Sanatan.
Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Arun Giri of Shri Panch Dashnam Aawahan Akhara, which came into existence first among the 13 Akharas, the flag bearers of Sanatan Dharma, says that this flood of public faith in Maha Kumbh is a tsunami of Sanatan Dharma. Mahant Ravindra Puri, President of All India Akhara Parishad, says that this Maha Kumbh has become the biggest participation in human history in a religious, cultural or social event.
CM Yogi's role in the increased participation of youth
This number of more than 50 crore devotees in this huge gathering of India, 12 days before the conclusion of Maha Kumbh, has become the biggest participation in human history in any religious, cultural or social event. Various research institutes doing research on the participation of Maha Kumbh have done their own fact-based analysis about it. Ravi Nandan Singh, editor of Saraswati magazine and author of Prayag Gaurav book, who is doing research on Maha Kumbh and pilgrimage sites, says that power and culture have always influenced each other.
The power running with Sanatan at the center has also been expressed in this Maha Kumbh. Both Sanatan and youth were at the center of the divine, grand and digital Maha Kumbh. The resolution of digital Maha Kumbh increased the proximity of technology and youth. The youth who were indifferent or neutral about religion and Sanatan in the previous government, now came to Maha Kumbh out of curiosity to see Sanatan closely.
In this way, the face of Hindutva and Sanatan of UP CM Yogi Adityanath in power became the face of the new society for the youth. Prof. DP Dubey of Pilgrim Society of India, an organization doing research and study on pilgrimage sites, also believes that a big face of young Sanatan leadership is at the center of this new record of Maha Kumbh.
