On receiving the information by the informer during the visit of Sauni Faudalsih Bhadauria on 13.02.2024, the police station incharge Mr. Dinesh Rawat was immediately informed about the information. A Swift Dezire Car No. MP 09 C.Q.2940 was seen coming from the side of Motakua Asphalt Road Pulia, which with the help of Hamrah Force stopped Swift Dezire Car No. MP 09 C.Q.2940 and asked the name of the driver, his name was Bagdiram father Koda Ausari. He was said to be 40 years old resident of Hiraninampada Motakua and while checking the Swift Dezire car, 10 boxes of English beer Black Fort were found in the car. Driver Bagdiram's father Koda Ausari was not found after checking the liquor license and permit,

10 boxes of English beer Black Fort were found filled in the said Swift Dezire car number MP 09 C.Q.2940. Total 120 vol liter liquor worth Rs 28800 lakhs and Swift Dezire car number MP 09 C.Q.2940 worth around Rs 4 lakhs. Total seized liquor worth Rs 428800 lakhs. Accused Bagdiram father Koda Ausari age 40 years. Crime against resident Hiraninampada Motakua, Crime No. 13/13.01.2024 Section 34(2),36, App.No. 54/2024 Section 34(2)36 of Excise Act has been established and taken into consideration. A fellow accused Dinesh Katara resident of Undwa Petlawad is absconding from the spot.
