Rainy season begins again in Bihar

Monsoon is slowly entering Bihar. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow and orange alert for rain from today till May 24. On the other hand, the temperature of the state has also reached 45 degrees. In such a situation, people are getting a lot of relief from the scorching heat. The department has issued a rain alert in the state on May 20. Due to which people are getting ease in leaving their homes for the fifth phase of voting of the Lok Sabha. Rain was also recorded in Madhubani district on May 20. For today, a yellow alert for rain has been issued in 14 districts including West Champaran, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Supaul, Sitamarhi, Araria, Madhubani, Purnia, Kishanganj, Katihar. On the other hand, hot day conditions will persist in Saran, Munger, Bhagalpur, Banka, Khagaria, Bhojpur, Buxar, Bhabua, Rohtas, Arwal, Aurangabad and Jamui.
