Rain alert in these 6 districts amid severe cold

Patna, Bihar is not expected to get relief from cold for the next 2 days. Due to the westerly wind, it is getting more cold in the morning and evening. Due to fog, the visibility in the morning is between 70 to 100.
Rain alert in 6 districts amid severe cold
Today, yellow alert has been issued regarding dense fog in 24 districts of the state including Shivhar, Sitamarhi. The weather will remain normal in other districts. According to the Meteorological Department, the mercury may fall by 2 to 3 degrees after two days.
Along with this, light rain may occur in 6 districts including Buxar, Bhojpur on January 13. On January 12, light rain will occur in Buxar, Bhojpur, Rohtas, Bhabua, Aurangabad and Arwal. The minimum temperature is expected to increase by 2 to 4 degrees Celsius on January 13-14 and 15. North Bihar and south-western parts will have light fog in the morning.
Fog alert issued
According to the Meteorological Department, fog alert has been issued in Shivhar, Sitamarhi, Gopalganj, Saran, Siwan, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Madhubani, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Purnia, West Champaran, East Champaran, Madhepura, Katihar, Saharsa, Khagaria, Bhagalpur, Banka, Munger and Jamui.
It is known that after the increase in cold in Bihar, schools up to 8th standard have been closed in many districts. After the order of the DM, schools up to 8th standard have been closed in 10 districts.
