Jharsuguda/Bhubaneswar, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's caste in Jharsuguda, Odisha. He said that PM Modi is not from Other Backward Class i.e. OBC community (PM Modi Not Born As OBC). Rahul said that the PM was born in the general category.
