Shajapur, the problems of colonizer Pooja Agarwal, who is surrounded in the case of selling plots to assistant eye doctor by giving false information in illegal colony, are now increasing continuously instead of decreasing. This is the reason why a case was registered against Pooja Agarwal by the court under section 420 and now her anticipatory bail has been rejected. Advocate Mohammad Yunus Khan told that the complainant retired assistant eye doctor AR Khan had presented a complaint against colonizer Pooja Agarwal in the court of Shajapur. The court had registered a case of fraud under section 420 of IPC against the accused colonizer Pooja Agarwal. In the said case, first Pooja registered her presence through her advocate and sought time on the basis of illness, after which she submitted an application for anticipatory bail in the court of Session Judge Mukesh Rawat, First Additional Session Judge, Shajapur through her advocate. During the debate on the application, the application for anticipatory bail on the basis of the complaint was opposed by senior advocate Mohammad Yunus Khan on behalf of the complainant AR Khan. The court has rejected the anticipatory bail application of accused Pooja Agarwal on the basis of the argument given by Yunus Khan.
