Which projects worth 13500 crores will he inaugurate
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come to Madhubani district of Bihar today on Thursday and will participate in the program organized on the occasion of National Panchayati Raj Day at around 11:45 am. PM will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone and dedicate to the nation several development projects worth more than Rs 13,480 crore today. On this occasion, PM will also present the National Panchayat Award to recognize and encourage the best performing panchayats.
The Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of an LPG bottling plant and rail unloading facility to be built at Hathua in Gopalganj district of Bihar at a cost of about Rs 340 crore. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of projects worth more than Rs 1,170 crore in Bihar while promoting power infrastructure and will also inaugurate several projects worth more than Rs 5,030 crore under the Restructured Distribution Area Scheme.
PM Narendra Modi will flag off Amrit Bharat Express between Saharsa and Mumbai, Namo Bharat Rapid Rail between Jaynagar and Patna and trains between Pipra and Saharsa and Saharsa and Samastipur. He will also inaugurate Supaul Pipra Rail Line, Hasanpur Bithan Rail Line and two 2-lane Rail Over Bridges at Chhapra and Bagaha. PM will also dedicate Khagaria-Alauliya Rail Line to the nation. These projects will improve connectivity and lead to overall socio-economic development of the region.
PM Narendra Modi will distribute benefits of Community Investment Fund of about Rs 930 crore to more than 2 lakh self-help groups of Bihar under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM). Not only this, PM will also hand over approval letters to 15 lakh new beneficiaries of PMAY-Gramin and release installments to 10 lakh PMAY-G beneficiaries across the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hand over the keys to some beneficiaries, marking the Griha Pravesh of 1 lakh PMAY-G and 54,000 PMAY-U houses in Bihar.
