Damoh, In a review meeting of the Culture, Tourism, Religious Trusts and Endowments Departments, emphasis was placed on including the state's major tourist destinations and the Narmada Parikrama of the life-giving river Narmada in the Chief Minister's Teerth Darshan Scheme. Instructions were also given to expedite the implementation of the Interstate Teerth Darshan Bus Service action plan, in accordance with the Chief Minister's announcement.
The meeting also reviewed the preparation of a separate plan for the restoration of non-government-maintained temples, the current status of land belonging to government-maintained temples, and departmental assets located outside the state. The progress of temple restoration and documentation work was also assessed.
The review also reviewed the work of the Madhya Pradesh Pilgrimage and Fair Authority, recruitment for vacant positions in the department, CM Monitor, departmental announcements, and the status of the CM Helpline.

Instructions were given to prioritize the planned development of major pilgrimage sites, including Ujjain, and the renovation of temples of religious and historical importance. They were also asked to prioritize development proposals received from coordinating ministers, MPs, and MLAs.
