Shajapur, Sunera police took major action in the case of illegal doda chura transportation and arrested the accused. According to the information received, on Sunday, September 15, an informer informed Sunera police station that Shahnawaz Khan, the driver of a container number MH 40 CM 3102, was carrying illegal drug doda chura in his vehicle towards Sarangpur via the highway from Maksi side. On the information, the police blocked the AB road in front of the police station and stopped the container driver and searched him. During the search, when the ply at the back inside the cabin was removed forcefully, a small iron door was found behind it, which when opened, had a secret partition inside which black plastic bags were kept filled with drugs. As the gate of the partition was small and it was not easy to take out the sacks from it, the secret partition was cut with a cutter and with the help of the accompanying force and Panchan, a total of 35 black coloured sacks were taken out. The said sacks were filled with the narcotic substance doda chura. Police said that a total of 7 quintals 5 kg 760 grams of illegal narcotic substance doda chura worth about 14 lakh 11 thousand 520 rupees was recovered from the 35 sacks, which was seized and the accused was arrested. In this action, Sunera police station in-charge Gopal Ningwal, Arvind Tomar, Sub Inspector Dilip Bhilala, Prar 637 Vikram Mandloi, Prar 558 Dharmendra Singh, Constable 126 Ghanshyam, Constable 758 Shailendra Singh Tomar played a commendable role.
