Saharanpur. The police have prepared a plan for tight security arrangements for the Lok Sabha elections. Tomorrow Friday, on the day of voting, police and paramilitary forces will be deployed at every nook and corner. Under this, 40 companies of paramilitary force, eight companies of PAC, 310 inspectors, 1260 sub-inspectors, 10 thousand constables, more than three thousand home guards will be ready. Sensitive areas will also be monitored with 36 drone cameras. In fact, the police administration is maintaining complete vigilance regarding the elections. Voting will be held on April 19 in which more than 17 thousand soldiers will be deployed across the district. Sanket S. Bhondve, observer at the Police Line Auditorium, reviewed the security arrangements and polling stations in the meeting. SSP Dr. Vipin Tada said that police and paramilitary forces also started reaching the polling centers today. SSP Dr. Vipin Tada said that the mischievous elements have been identified. He gave detailed information about the action taken against the criminals so far. The SSP said that 450 sensitive polling stations and 375 areas have been identified. This place will be monitored through drone cameras and CCTV.
Police have closed 1300 accounts spreading misleading propaganda on social media. The social media cell has identified more than 200 people against whom the SSP has given instructions to file a report. Among these, there were many accounts which were created fake. Those creating fake accounts are also being identified.
