Shajapur, In Shajapur, Maksi, on 23 September 2024, at around 09.30 pm, a case was registered in Maksi police station under sections 333, 119(1), 115(2), 296, 351(2), 3(5) BNS in a mutual dispute between Sameer father Saeed Khan and Anees father Majeed Khan, Javed father Majeed Khan, Imran father Majeed Khan, Aqib alias Akka father Abid Khan of the same party. After the said incident, accused Anees Khan was arrested and presented in the honorable court, who was sent to jail after the jail warrant was made, the remaining accused are absconding. Today on 25 September 2024, at around 08.00 pm, there was stone pelting between two parties in front of Nagarpati Hanuman Temple Maksi, in which common people are talking about firing. The said dispute is related to the dispute between two people of the same party two days ago in Maksi, which was also registered at Maksi police station. It has been told by the common people that today's incident happened due to the said incident.

In the said incident, Amjad Khan father Majid Khan, Iqbal father Yunus Khan, Arbaaz father Shakil, Junaid father Shabir Khan, Arjan father Arif Khan, Rihan father Irshad Khan and Arbaaz father Shajid have been injured, who have been referred to District Hospital Shajapur for proper treatment. Amjad Khan father Majid Khan died during treatment.

Collector Ms. Riju Bafna and Superintendent of Police Mr. Yashpal Singh Rajput are present at the spot along with police force. Additional forces are available as per requirement and there is peace in Maksi town.
