Fired 20 bullets in anger
A big incident has happened in Bettiah, Bihar, in which a police constable shot his fellow constable. The deceased has been identified as Sonu Kumar. It is said that his colleague Paramjeet Kumar shot Sonu Kumar 11 bullets, while he fired a total of 20 bullets. The incident took place in the police line. Regarding the incident, other constables present in the police line said that there was an altercation between Paramjeet Kumar and Sonu Kumar over something in the police line premises of Bettiah. The matter became such that Paramjeet Kumar pointed his SLR at his fellow police constable Sonu Kumar. Till then the argument continued between the two. During this time, Paramjeet started firing continuously at Sonu. It is said that Paramjeet fired 11 bullets on Sonu's face. Sonu died on the spot in this incident. Other soldiers present at the scene say that Paramjeet fired more than 20 rounds.
There was a previous dispute
On receiving the information of the incident, all the senior officers also reached the scene. They say that on hearing the firing of bullets, other soldiers also ran there, by then the accused Paramjeet Kumar started running, but other soldiers chased him and caught him. At present, the accused has been arrested. Other soldiers say that there was a previous dispute between the two, but what was the real reason, is not clear at the moment. Police is investigating the matter. Accused Paramjeet is also being questioned. Senior officers are also investigating at their level.
