Saharanpur | Deoband, people of Bhartiya Kisan Union Tomar and Phulas Akbarpur gave a memorandum to SDM and demanded that the new power line being built in the village should be brought directly to the village from the roadside. Villagers who reached the sub-district magistrate's office under the leadership of farmer leader Haji Abbas handed over a letter related to their demand to SDM Deoband Ankur Verma. It has been said in the letter that a new power line is being constructed in village Phulas Akbarpur. Which is being brought to the village by the Pradhan by taking a detour through the forest on the request of a family of the village, due to which the expenses of the department are also increasing and the risk of the line being obstructed due to trees is also increasing. In the memorandum, a demand has been made to bring the power line to the village by tying it directly on the road. A link road from this village goes to village Sampla Bakkal. The width of this road was broken by the surrounding Chakdhars and merged with their Chaks and the width of the road became smaller. School children and pedestrians pass through this road. Now, as the road has become very narrow, the pedestrians and school children are facing a lot of difficulty. The illegal encroachment should be removed from this link road and its width should be made as before. Those who submitted the memorandum included villagers like Margoob, Sharafat, Sajid, Mustakim, Akhlaq, Naeem, Salman, Salim, Azim, Vikas, Jabir, Rizwan, Suleman, Shaban etc.
