Damoh, on the allegation of not closing even a single complaint out of the total pending complaints of the month of April 2024 on the CM Helpline portal, the resolution percentage was zero, show cause notices were issued to the concerned L-1 officers and answers were sought, but the concerned officers did not submit their answers within the stipulated time period and as a result of the answers submitted by the officers not being found to be resolving, Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar has taken penalty action against 11 officers and directed to deposit an amount equal to 01 day's salary of the month of June 2024 in the Red Cross Society Damoh.

In the order issued, the fine amount should be deposited within 03 days in the office of Public Service Management Department Damoh (Room No. 72, Collectorate) and get the receipt of Red Cross Society or deposit it in the bank account number-10408898213, IFSC SBIN0003716 of Red Cross Society Damoh and submit the receipt in this office.

Patel, Civil Engineer Tendukheda Himanshu Sharma, Assistant Manager Damoh Anand Nema, Assistant Manager Tendukheda Akshay Singh Baghel, Village Industries Officer Hata Prakash Chandra Patwa and Senior Agriculture Development Officer Hata Madhav Prasad Sirvaiya.
