Lalbarra, on the directions of police officials, a peace committee meeting was called at the Lalbarra police station on Friday, September 27 at 5 pm. Discussions were held with all the people present about the upcoming religious festivals. Detailed discussions were held from the installation of idols to the final immersion in the nine-day Navratra religious festival from October 3, Dussehra festival on October 12, huge Chunari Yatra, and Maa Saraswati Mahotsav festival from October 7, regarding which the people present gave their suggestions and the police station in-charge heard the suggestions of all the people and said that they will be implemented in the future. The people present have again put forward their views regarding the traffic system of the city like every time. The idol of Maa Durga Ji has been installed in the Ganj premises for many years, but at present, the antisocial elements of the city are often spreading dirt by playing Ludo at the said place, on which action has been demanded from the police administration. After that, the former Sarpanch of Amoli Panchayat and the current District Member Representative, while informing about the Kalash Yatra to be taken out in Amoli on October 3, said that like every year, this year also the Kalash Yatra is to be taken out, which will start from Amoli via Badi Masjid and tour the city and reach Amoli again, in which the number of women will be more. At the same time, 11 hundred feet long Chunari Yatra will be taken out by Maa Sheetla Mata Temple Panbihari, in which the Chunari Yatra will start from 3 pm on Tuesday, October 8, which will reach the bus stand, after that the Chunari Yatra will reach Katyayani Temple Bakoda, where Chunari will be presented and worship will be done, Dussehra festival will be celebrated, and information about all the religious programs to be held in Maa Saraswati Mahotsav festival starting from October 7 has been given by the committee officials. While talking to the people present about cooperation, police station in-charge Mr. Hemant Nayak said that our effort will always be that all the religious festivals to be celebrated in the coming days should be resolved peacefully and no situation of any kind of dispute should arise. Before such a system is established, we have to make proper arrangements for them from the side of the police administration.
