After almost more than five years, the investigative crime drama CID is back on TV screens with its second season. Shivaji Satam aka ACP Pradyuman, Dayanand Shetty aka Daya and Aditya Srivastava aka Abhijeet made a bang on TV screens. However, fans were saddened when Shivaji Satam hinted at exiting the show. Why did Parth Samthaan say goodbye to CID 2
Parth Samthaan has now confirmed that he is exiting the show. In a conversation with Pinkvilla, Parth Samthaan confirmed that he is exiting 'CID 2' as Shivaji Satam is back on the show. He said that he had come on the show only for a few episodes, but the show was extended due to the storyline. He is now exiting the show as he has more work which is very important for him and he has to complete it. The TV actor also spoke about the upcoming storyline and revealed, 'Initially, we couldn't confirm anything on it as it would have spoiled the fun of the show and now with the return of Shivaji sir, the story is going to take an exciting turn.' Parth Samthaan said that he is grateful for all the love and support he has received from his fans for playing ACP Ayushmann.
