Katni, near Surkhi Tank under Katni's NKJ police station area, the bus tyre burst and the bus collided with a car coming from the front and due to the head on collision, four people in the car died. Out of which two people died on the spot and two died during treatment in the district hospital. This accident happened when 4 youths were going towards Shahdol road from the national highway near Surkhi Tank in a car. When the tyre of a bus coming from the opposite direction burst, it went out of control and dragged the car coming from the opposite direction and crushed the car on the side of the road. The four youths riding in the car got crushed. On getting the information, the police force of NKJ police station reached the spot and took everyone out of the car. Out of which two youths died and two people were sent to the district hospital with the help of ambulance where the doctors declared both of them dead. Four youths died in this accident. Their names are Priyashu Dubey, Atul Mishra, Shivanshu Dubey and all three are residents of Juhila village and the fourth is Akshay Singh. The bus driver fled from the spot immediately after the accident. The police is engaged in investigating the whole matter.
