Saharanpur, Deputy Director Panchayat Harikash Bahadur said in the one day divisional RRC operation workshop organized at Hotel KR Plaza under Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin that successful operation of Resource Recovery Center is possible with continuous supervision. Harikash Bahadur told the importance of getting training with dedication to Assistant Development Officer Panchayat and Block Swachhta Motivators for successful operation and effective implementation of RRC centers built for solid and liquid waste management under Swachh Bharat Mission Gramin. Throwing light on the importance of cleanliness and safe drinking water as one of the 17 development goals of the United Nations and cleanliness as the main mirror of civilized human society, he motivated the participants to work wholeheartedly for the all-round development of Gram Panchayats. While addressing the gathering, District Panchayat Raj Officer Alok Sharma gave detailed information on various public welfare schemes of the Panchayati Raj Department. As a reference person for the divisional workshop, trainer Amit Kumar trained the participants on RRC operation app. All the district sanitation advisors, assistant development officer panchayat, district project manager and all block sanitation motivators of Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar and Shamli participated in the divisional workshop.
On this occasion, District Panchayat Raj Officer Shamli Sandeep Agarwal, senior faculty co-manager, DPRC Shamli Yugantar Dhama were present.
