On Teachers' Day, Kajai Sarpanch honoured the teachers with Tilak and Shriphal.
The programme was attended by teachers, female teachers, employment assistants, deputy Sarpanch and all the Panchs.

Lalbarra, Teachers' Day was celebrated in a grand manner on Thursday, 5th September in the auditorium of Gram Panchayat Kajai, which comes under Lalbarra, Janpad Panchayat. The programme started with the welcome song Guru Vandana and worship of the statues of Maa Saraswati, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Mata Savitribai Phule, Constitution maker Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. On the auspicious occasion of Teachers' Day, Gram Sarpanch Shri Anand Bisen organised a felicitation ceremony for all the teachers of Government Higher Secondary School, Integrated Government Secondary School Kajai and Divya Shanti Niketan. All were presented with Shriphal and gifts. The teachers also expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Sarpanch. Gram Sarpanch Shri Anand Bisen, while talking to the media, said that teachers have a great importance in our lives. After our parents, we get higher education along with cultured education in the direction of education. Teachers are our Gurus who guide us. If Gurus were not important in our life, we would not have gained knowledge. Education cannot be acquired without a Guru.
The program was successfully conducted by Panchayat Secretary Homeshvar Thackeray and all the teachers have expressed their gratitude to the Village Sarpanch Shri Anand Bisen ji for organizing this successful program.
