Anuppur, Collector Mr. Harshal Pancholi has said that the Chief Municipal Officer and Sub-Engineer of all the urban areas of the district should complete the construction works with interest, so that better facilities can be provided to the people. In the meeting, the Collector instructed the Chief Municipal Officers that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, the eligible beneficiaries should be given benefits by conducting door-to-door survey by the survey team, special care should also be taken that no eligible beneficiary is deprived of this scheme. In the meeting, the Collector said that the Kol tribe resides in Anuppur district, they should be given the benefits of this scheme on priority basis. The Collector instructed the engineer to complete the houses under construction under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana as soon as possible. Collector Mr. Harshal Pancholi was instructing the officers in the meeting of construction works of urban bodies under the District Urban Development Agency in the Narmada Auditorium of the Collectorate Office today.

Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Pushprajgarh and Chief Municipal Officer Amarkantak Mr. Mahipal Singh Gurjar along with Chief Municipal Officers and Sub-Engineers of all the urban bodies of the district were present in the meeting.

In the meeting, the Collector obtained information from the officers regarding revenue collection and directed that all the officers should pay special attention to revenue collection in their respective areas, negligence on this will not be tolerated. He said that the Chief Municipal Officers should form a survey team in their respective areas and conduct commercial, residential and industrial survey without error and collect revenue. In the meeting, the Collector reviewed the applications received under the Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Abhiyan and directed the officers to get the applications registered in the portal and get them resolved as soon as possible.

In the meeting, the collector reviewed the progress of the work of Pradhan Mantri Kayakalp Yojana-2, Amrit 2.0, Amarkantak Water Supply pending work under water supply, works of Nal Jal Yojana, body wise under Mukhyamantri Infrastructure Development Scheme, works approved under Special Fund, works approved under DMF, works approved under MP MLA Fund, and directed the officers to complete the incomplete work as soon as possible.

In the meeting, the collector said that a meeting of the Urban Administration Department will be held every Saturday and the work done by the departmental officers will be reviewed every week. Any kind of negligence and indifference in work will not be tolerated. All officers should execute schemes and development works on the basis of seriousness.
