Saharanpur, A review meeting of development works on CM Dashboard was held in the new auditorium at the Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Manish Bansal.

He said that for installing solar lights under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Yojana, identify the sites on the basis of the proposal received from the public representatives and prepare and provide the list by October 15. Along with this, ensure that all the sites have been selected as per the rules by getting physical verification of the sites done. Provide detailed information of the applications received under the Integrated Horticulture Scheme. He said that ensure disposal of applications within the time limit in the Per Drop More Crop Scheme. He gave strict instructions to all the officers to be present in the upcoming meeting with complete information and correct data of the schemes related to the department. He expressed strong displeasure over the Electricity Department officer not having information about feeders with high line loss and low line loss. He also got information about the efforts being made to prevent line loss and instructed to take necessary steps. Instructed to register FIR against XEN, AE, JE of Jal Nigam for negligence in supervision works under Har Ghar Nal Se Jal Yojana and non-compliance of the given instructions. Gave strict instructions to DPRO to bring about improvement in the coming month if expenditure is less in the Gram Panchayats. He said that the secretaries of those Gram Panchayats in which expenditure has reduced should be given adverse entry. In case of absence of CNDS officer in the meeting, he was asked to write a letter to his MD and remove him from the district. Instructed BSA to bring about improvement in Mid Day Meal Scheme. To see the ongoing works of animal vaccination, the Chief Veterinary Officer should himself go to the field randomly and submit the inspection report. He said that it should be ensured that the people get the benefits of the government schemes on time. Action will also be taken against the officers and employees involved in providing the benefits of the scheme to the ineligible in the wrong manner. He instructed the Chief Development Officer to get the beneficiaries of the schemes of Fisheries Department verified. In case of less supervision in the children converted from SAM to MAM of ICDS department under Poshan Abhiyan, instructed to bring about improvement in future. He directed the District Program Officer to ensure correct feeding on the Poshan Tracker App. The District Probation Officer was instructed to expedite verification in the Chief Minister Kanya Sumangala Yojana. The Chief Medical Officer was instructed to provide a list of 86 cases with detailed information on the delay in the arrival of 108 ambulances. While reviewing the ranking displayed on the CM dashboard, District Magistrate Manish Bansal gave strict instructions to the departments whose ranks are poor and asked them to immediately improve their progress. He said that if the rank of the next month is not correct, strict action will be taken. The officers of all the departments were instructed to ensure that their departmental progress report is mandatorily fed on the CM dashboard by the end of the month and the officers themselves should monitor it. DM Manish Bansal directed all the officers to take personal interest and ensure that the benefits of departmental schemes reach the eligible and needy persons. He directed all the departments related to pension including the Social Welfare Department to verify the pension related files quickly and provide the benefit of the scheme to the eligible. He also gave instructions to complete the ongoing projects in the district with quality and timeliness. On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Praveen Kumar, DC NRLM Indrapal Singh, DSTO Amit Kumar and senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
